I was happy that dunkin opened near me and was visiting mostly every morning until today. I was gonna buy my fav coffee sunshine... batch and use the restroom. There was another lady in the line so I thought I will use the restroom while they are busy dealingwith her order. When I asked about the code for restroom the cashier responded in a very rude way that I had to make a purchase.I was like I am gonna make a purchase but there is another customer in line. And even the lady offered her line to me I was veryupset to be treated like this. I can understand the policy behind this with homeless people etc but never had a problem atStarbucks or Coffee bean. Sometimes you need to use the restroom first because it is an emergency. Sadly I will not be comingback and will go back to giving my money to Starbucks & Coffee bean even though Dunkin?s coffee is better. Educate youremployees. Read more
Despite not having pumpkin donuts at this location, the app (which each DD site can modify to reflect what they do have) allowed... me to order some. Only after waiting several minutes and me approached the counter to ask about my order did they tell me thatthey don't have pumpkin donuts.... and then I because I had ordered it via the app, I had to call customer service to requestsrefund (this part is more a complaint about the process than this location).
