Lively restaurant, always busy here. I suggest making reservations. I do love the vibe- festive and love the staff wearing... Mexican traditional clothes. Honestly, food & cocktails was ok but don’t let that deter you from coming here. Staff is veryfriendly & like I mentioned, it’s good vibes here. Read more
The Staff is very friendly and helpful, this is an institution that you must visit when in the area. The cheese enchilada plate... was delicious, the Chili con carne la Cocina was also delicious. The Paloma cocktail will knock your socks off. We will be back. Read more
Historic restaurant, often touristy. I recommend going at least once. Service is quick and the food arrived hot. Chips and salsa... arrived quickly; salsa had good flavor and wasn't spicy... The other red sauce was a little spicy. Our waiter was attentive. Ihad combo #1. The beef taco was good. The cheese enchilada and the beans were mediocre. They seemed to have used a sharp cheddarfor the enchilada so it had a very strong flavor. The beans tasted canned. Amazing service. Amazing vibe. Beautiful location. Has Hollywood history tied with it, and it helped that we were seated right... across from the infamous “Sharon Tate Booth”. It has such a welcoming, family vibe. Definitely found a new favorite in LosAngeles! Read more
