I have been coming here for over 30 years. The bakery was one of the BEST. However over these past two years I can unequivocally... say that the bread is terrible. Did the recipe change? Whose baking the bread? Is this under new management? The conchas aredense and gummy. They should be airy and more on the drier side. Definitely not gummy. Also, the bread has a certain smell to itnow. It doesn't smell like bread it smells aromatic almost like lavender. What the heck happened? Whose running the bakery now?And what have you done. To those that claim it's still good are probably noobs. Read more
Butter croissants are good but very greasy. Boxes are extra, which would be fine but they don?t ask you so you have to tell... them. I found out o Lu after she bagged my items in small thin paper bags. The bag was greasy by the time I got to my car. You?dthink they?d use thicker bags for spending $40 on pastries Read more
