Today the hosts got confused with their waiting list they fell really behind. Waited 40 mins to be seated and another 40 mins... for our meal. Before we were given our meal a host was going to give me my bill. I looked at the host and said no you haven'teven given me my meal and your giving me the bill. My respect to the lady manager, she took notice of the mismanagement herhosts were doing and took over. That was awesome to see. If your wondering yes it was busy, it was just the hosts forgot to callpeople outside I'm guessing because customers complaint they been there a little bit over an hour or so waiting to be seated. I think the janitor prepared the food!The bacon wasn't done and the pancakes weren't done; pancakes were flat and uncooked! OMG!... This is the first time this has ever happened.I had to ask them to cook the bacon. Although I was polite about it- I was fuminginside! Are the days of fluffy cooked pancakes over?! I won't go to that location ever again on Century Blvd in Inglewood. Ishould've known, whenever the coffee is a miss I usually don't order anything. I went against my better judgment. Sheesh.
