Very rude bunch at that jack in the box..the cashier inside didn?t greet me and I asked her why and she said ?you have ebt why... do I need to greet you for?? ???? I asked to speak to her manager she ofc said she was the manager..then another lady walked upand I tried telling her what just happened and she leaned in and said ?if you hate it here so much, why do you keep comingback?? To be honest avoid this location if possible. The actual service and workers are Great and provide you with quality jack in the... box food quickly. But the whole area is surrounded by homelessness unfortunately (a woman was bathing herself right next to themenu while I ordered). Also the outside of the store has rats and obvious drug usage around vicinity. Typical LA regardless.Even If you're in a pinch just go to another location as you do not want to get out of your car near this location if you canhelp it. Read more

5 stars for consistency and being there at all times. No dine in for the time being, lobby open until 10pm. Edit: never mind,... they are closed at 6pm, even though they are supposed to be open until 10. Edit: i improve my rating because the closing downearly with no notice was a one time thing for unannounced maintenance or so I was told. Great customer service, I got my order 100% correct and I'm very happy with that. Now the restaurant isn't in the best location... and around the area it's not that clean but there are obvious reasons why that is. Anyways I'm giving them a 5 star ratingbecause I really like the customer service I received the evening i drove up in the drive through. My only complaint is that ittook over 10 minutes to finally get to order at the drive through and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I'm not sure whatthe other people were ordering but my meal was given to me in less then 2 minutes and I appreciate that. Read more
