Once again this Jack in the box has very Bad Customer Service. And the Bad Customer Service is not coming from the employees.... It's coming from the Managers. So I walked into Jack in the Box in the evening around 3:30pm on Tuesday. The Manager and theAssistant Manager is at the front counter. They seen me walk into the restaurant. Did not say welcome to Jack in the Box theyjust looked at me and went back to whatever they were focused on. Obviously a customer walking through the front door wasn'timportant. So I take a quick look at the menu and decided on what I wanted. I then walked over to the area in front of theregister to make my order. The Managers completely ignored me. I had to step aside and clear my throat loudly and ask "Is anyoneworking here?" With an attitude the Manager took my order. The Managers at this location need to take a course in Hospitalityand Customer Service. Because they are a bad influence on there employees and a bad representation of The Jack in The Boxfranchise. Warning for those of you paying with CalFresh / EBT !! I've been to this location twice, each time trying to pay with EBT, as... advertised on their storefront. My EBT card gets denied EVERY TIME -- even after the cashier attempts to run the card multipletimes -- so I'm forced to pay with my personal debit/credit card/cash. (And yes, my EBT card had enough funds on it eachvisit.) However, upon checking the CalBenefits portal, I was actually charged for every transaction that my EBT card was swiped-- meaning that I paid TRIPLE each visit...This has happened to my friend who has also attempted using EBT at thislocation. Jack in the Box, don't advertise that you accept EBT when your system fails to recognize our cards on the front-end,forcing customers to pay out-of-pocket when they didn't expect to! Furthermore, it's time to realllly evaluate the system you'reusing in the first place -- charging (stealing from) customers UNKNOWINGLY and making them pay multiple times is unethical af. Read more
