Greatest Sandwich spot in the world
I went today right after the lunch rush. Big mistake, they RAN out of bread! A lot of people were waiting and not happy about... it. I felt bad for the staff. Read more
So this place has amazing food however the customer experience is atrocious. The staff consistently prioritizes to go orders... over living breathing human beings ready to order sandwiches. They need to understand how to manage both customers in store andto go orders. I would never suggest this location if it weren?t for the good sandwiches. 3rd time here and my experiences keep getting worse. Showed up at 8.26pm on the dot. Exactly when the order was supposed to be... ready. Sandwich was not started and there was no employee that was manning the front of the house. I had to ring the bell forservice. Then I was told that the store no longer had bread. Fun times.
