If you know whata pressure cooker is it kind of seems that is what they use however they don't it's deep fried. A wonderful chicken skin crispthat you will want to eat again and again and again is coating the outside of that juicy chicken breast ???? Again it's a placein South Central however you are able to park right in front so don't feel weird..
