Seen this review and became furious????the guys at Just Turkey are A1, the customer service there is great, the guy cashiering... customer service was the best I received in a long time and the Folsom comments just shows that it?s still small minded peoplein society stereotyping good people, I got tacos and half / half tips, the guy was working alone and even though it was busy hegot my order out quickly and the food was fire???? Tips was amazing, recommend to try first, but tacos , OMG? the best I?ve had,shells , meat , toppings, all fresh and delicious , the jerk taco was my favorite. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! Especially from a business selling food from guys who seem to have gotten... straight off the bus from Folsom State prison! I came from Long Beach to pick my mom up tacos because I was raving about thisplace! Get there, I wait 20 minutes (without rushing), for them to get my order of only five tacos and fries; after receivingthem from the customer service guy with the LA hat, he apologized for how long it took the cook) security guard Bruce Bruce inthe back to put my food in a few taco shells. After leaving, I decide to check my food which was missing most of theingredients you put in a taco; lettuce, tomato, cheese, (yeah, the stuff you actually want on your taco), and the fries wereextremely greased soaked burnt and overcooked tiny pieces that they threw in my bag. I immediately called and went back to thestore, spoke to the LA hat guy and he said he would take care of me. I get back, not only do they have me waiting on the sideand take customers before me who came after, they refuse to give me my refund of over $20 because I paid with my card! His nextangle was to start an argument and then turn it into something completely different; that made the security/cook Bruce Bruce,leave the kitchen and stand at the door with this "intimidating look & stance", staring me down as I tried to get my refundshowing them the trashy food they gave me. If he paid more attention to the food, we wouldn't be having this unnecessary debacleanyway! And I still haven't gotten my refund for that trash! I'm so happy I found this amazing place not too far from my house! I don't eat red meat so it can be hard to find an amazing... turkey burger.. not only is this ridiculously tasty (especially because you can taste the butter seared patty and bun) It is soabsolutely filling. I want to try all of their turkey burgers! I also got a taco but could not eat it because it was so fullfrom the burger... although I did have a bite and it was really good and a ton of ground turkey inside with greatflavoring. The people at the register are super friendly and we're helpful to help me decide what to order.. This will be oneof my go-to spots now when I'm in town! Read more
