Worst service ever, I have come counted times just because i get stuff brought from Oaxaca,.but this Time I was double charge... and because I couldn't find the receipt they couldn't do anything. When I explain what have I bought, and what they charge theyagree,. totally made no sense, but they go like, we need to see the receipt to refund you. The food is good. The food is the only thing that's good. They're so rude and now that I see I'm not the only one overcharged, I... can only assume it's purposeful. Once, I had $10.74 of their seasoned chicken legmeat. Then, I got 4 plantains, a 75 centkoolaid drink, a reduced-price VERY ripe mango and a little plastic cup of their rice pudding. The cashier told me my total way$47. I pulled the chicken away and asked, "How are these 4 items $37?" She kept telling me it was $47 altogether and I kepttrying to explain how it wasn't possible for 4 plantains and a rice pudding to be that much as 10 for chicken and 75 koolaid and50 cent mango. Another came up and they talked on and on in Spanish. Finally I said I only want the chicken. Then it occurred tome to buy each item separately. So I wound up getting everything.....for a grand total of $18 and change. I then asked whybuying everything separately was 30 bucks cheaper. They were just rude. I loved the time they were talking about me back andforth in front of customers. The only thing I understood was the looks they were giving me and the word WETA. They laughed andlaughed. This place is not what u expect. The customer service here is slow and rude and if ur ready to order u have to wait if there... people ahead of u even if there not ready because they take orders as u walk in and they wont skip over anyone even if theretaking there time to look over the menu we waited a whole hour to order drinks that every restaurant ask u when u sit down. Ontop of that rosa and fernando have bad attitude and worst customer service ever. Not looking forward to come back. Read more
