Manager is awful!!! I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order the store was closed a full half hour before the 10pm... close time. I knocked and tried the door but no one was inside. When I called the next day for a refund the manager wasextremely rude and said they were open and that I was lying. She said she would check the cameras and if I was telling the truthshe would call me and give me a refund. She never called so I called the store again and within 2 minutes a random employee gaveme a refund. Why was this so difficult to do in the first place? It?s clear after reading other reviews that this happens alot,and that when the store closes early it?s usually the same manager who closes early. It?s obvious she?s just trying to saveface.
