Tokushima ramen is pork... broth based ramen dish from eastern Tokushima Prefecture (Tokushima Soba). I?m used to eating more darker brownish style ofTokushima soup but Men Oh?s soup is more yellowish like Tonkotsu ramen soup. Noodle is medium straight, perfect for this kind ofsoup. This is a very small restaurant with not a lot of space but the food is really good there is a bar as well. I got a veggie... ramen. With spicy miso ball and garlic on the side I must tell you it really hit the spot. I do have to make one comment is thatthey serve in a plastic Bowl with a steel plate I am not sure if that signifies something or what is it but other than that thefood was amazing. Read more
