They often take long. I started to order through the app because I wanted to save time and they still make me wait like 15... minutes, exactly. Because they didn?t have a side I wanted. I either have to sacrifice for the side I wanted and get somethingelse or wait for the side to be ready. Also, when I wait for the side to be ready, they eventually finish and then realize thatanother side that I wanted isn?t ready, so I have to wait another 15 minutes after having already waited 15 minutes for thefirst side. Placed an online order at 10:40 to pick up at 11:45. I arrived early and they cashier ask for my info but may food was not ready... until 12:40..parking is very small so you need to wait a very long time for parking or just take someone with you to grab yourfood. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I PUT AN ONLINE ORDER FOR ONE COMBO AT AROUND 10AM AND CHOSE PICK UP TIME AT 1PM WHEN I GOT THERE I... GAVE MY NAME AND LITERALLY SHOWED THE CASHIER MY EMAIL ON MY PHONE WHICH HAD MY NAME, ORDER# AND PICK UP TIME,1PM THE CASHIERCHECKED AND COMES BACK AND TELLS ME THAT ON THEIR ORDER SLIP IT SAYS MY FOOD WON'T BE READY TIL 2:40..I GET ANNOYED AND ASKWHY??
