? A note on grades, a rate outwards from three stars. * Traffic made us late for dinner, so we had to settle for one drink at... this chill downtown cocktail bar. The bartender was knowledge and slung some good cocktails. The vibe was cool and there arepool tables for anyone so inclined. Definitely planning to revisit next time I'm in DTLA. Read more
This is a delightful establishment with an incredible selection of worldly whiskeys, rotating live music, and jovial atmosphere.... The bartenders are knowledgeable, attentive, and professional, even when it's packed. I recommend the paper plane cocktail. Theonly teeny tiny detail is the strange system for getting on a pool table; wish there was a chalkboard system. Reminds me verymuch of the location in San Diego but this one is better! Read more
Excellent spot & great drink selection. The Bartenders are great, the crowd is great & feels more business casual. Great cigar... smoking area with seating on the side patio. Also a great place to play pool. Overall a spot to stop by and get a nice oldfashioned. Read more
Impressive, massive, extensive collection of Whiskey that I?ve ever been, comparable to the one I?ve been to in Tokyo. Place can... get busy, loud and crowded but the bartenders are attentive so you?ll get your drinks in 5-10 minutes. Not very much seatingavailable, can either sit on the bar stool or stand for a bit no problem. On the way to the bathroom you will see their Whiskeycollection over the years which is admirable. Unfinished Whiskey bottles by famous people with their tags on. There is also aSpeakeasy within it but it was 2am and we didn?t get to try it. Read more
