Roaches, Mice and Ants interior This Shakey's is the worst I have ever been to. The staff is horrible. Food put out was... horrible, they took old pizza that look like it was trash and place it on a old pizza tray. Waited for people to take it. I tookit and threw it in trash so new pizza came out. This is horrible service we came at 7:00 we have been waiting 26 minutes almost half n, hour and we ordered cheese and 1 slice... came with sause and the rest cheese and we orded just a SMALL pizza. I was some what disappointed with my visit to Shakey's as I was looking very forward to enjoying a nice lunch with my friend. ... Shakeys was a childhood hangout spot for me, and hadn't been back in years. So with that being said, the food was brought to usall burned. The pizza and the mojo fries were burned and just tasted old and not fresh. I hate to write this unpleasant reviewbut I feel after speding almost $60 for 2 people for lunch, it was only fair to do so. Read more

Food was nasty. My aunt paid to have a party. She order 7 pizza"s 45+ pieces of chicken, 4 trays of potatoes fries, told them 3... days in advance Don't bring all the food out at one time just bring 3 pizzas out, now my aunt gets there they have all the foodon on 5 tables now the food cold guess not there yet they reheat the pizza now it's hard as a rock, paid for salad don't bringanything salad dressing, she paid for ten cups, the lady picks the ones ppl was drinking out stacks them up. I asked are u bringclean one she's said No. Unstack them put them back on the table. I had to tell her to bring us clean cups because she has herfingers in the cups & she mix ppl cups & unsanitize putting the cups in one. Now I had to get up & watch her make sure she giveup clean ones because she had an attitude. Top all of that I had to get someone to clean the room we reserve before ppl startedcoming it still was dirty with trash on the table & floor & one of their employees was sitting in there taken his break on thephone after we paid for 6 to 8. It's 6:13 he's sitting there he looking at us decorating don't leave until he's finish runninghis mouth on his phone. What he should of been doing was cleaning the dirty tables & sweeping the trash. We had to ask for atrash can, they gave a trash bag. POOR customer service. We spent almost $600 for cold chicken, potato fries, cardboard pizza &Terrible Customer Service.
