Worst service ever. Made a mobile order and they closed the door right when I pulled up. Told me I have to pick up at drive thru... window. Drive thru wasn't moving and waited in line for 20 minutes. Read more
This is the location closest to my house but I prefer to drive to other locations since I?m almost always disappointed by my... drinks at this location. This has occurred on multiple occasions hence why I avoid this location altogether and wait times arepretty bad. 9/30 - someone else got me Starbucks from this location. They didn?t make enough of the drink for a venti size sothey filled it with extra whipped cream and had a bad taste. Read more
This is the Starbucks I?ve been coming too my whole life? that being said it?s upsetting to have rude employees attend you .From... the start the girl taking my order was rude talking with an attitude when taking my order , she then handed me the drink andjust walked away didn?t even let me ask for a straw which made me call out for her , once she handed me the straw she gave themost ugliest attitude ever . Past couple times I order iced coffee with milk there?s hardly any coffee in it and they don?t add sweetener. Is it on purpose??... Too busy??? Not possible, there was only two cars plus mine in the drive thru at 7am on a Monday (which speaks for itself causeit right next to the freeway) I tried my drink and it?s not sweet at all, so I went inside and because there?s no more selfservice on the outside counter I ask the cashier for sweetener nicely. She said no problem and asked the barista next to her toplease add classic sweetener for me. First she only did like one pump and I asked to get the normal amount full sweet and thenshe pumped it in the cup super hard like I asked to borrow $200 dollars, like she don?t want to fix the mistake and it splashedall over the counter and also my clothes. I was surprised but I still said thank you. And then I walked away. No point fightingthe people who make your food and drink. I?m grateful for their service. But why so angry at me? I wasn?t rude I just wantedwhat I ordered. I didn?t even speak to the barista once the cashier just asked her to help me out. If you don?t like your jobdon?t take it out on the customers. That?s your choice to work there. I work hard for my money just the same as you so pleasedon?t be angry that I asked to receive what I paid for. Supervisor or manager or whoever is gonna read this you need to figureout why your workers are so upset and please fix it. Someone less kind than me is going to have a bad reaction to the negativeattitude at your store one day and it?s gonna be nasty for whoever has to deal with it. Read more
