Ordered a Carmel Frap! Made to my liking my banana nut bread wasn?t heard when ordering but team was so efficient making sure... they got it my way! Andre is so pleasant and went over the top making sure I was taken care of. Customer service is alway mostimportant to me and he was warm and delivered. It was my 2nd time going to this location, but sadly the same girl made my drink and it tasted nasty and weird as it was in my... first time. She doesn't look happy, I asked her if she put 2 shots coffee in my drink because it supposed come with 2 and shejust asked me if I wanted to add an extra shot I said no, I just wanted to know if she put 2 because it didn't taste like it hadcoffee and it tasted nasty. I would recommend to go to another location,I will not go there until that girl is gone or changedher attitude and learn how to make coffee drinks. Read more
