Very dissatisfied with my drink. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived that barista was struggling to find lids for the... grande cups. I told him it was ok and no rush, then the manager came by and told him to just put it in a venti cup because theywere out of lids. The barist proceeds to pour over the frappe into a new cup mixing the entire whip cream and still addingmore. The manager saw how the drink was made and still thought it was acceptable. Just got the worst service in my life. Instead of making my drink ladies were chatting. When I asked to prepare my drink they... looked at me and said they are making it. After they finished a conversation slowly proceeded to make the drink. Very pourservice when the employee says that is your fault to expect drink so fast( My boyfriend was able to check out with our grocerieswhile I was waiting being the only one customer. Read more
