The staff here is always friendly and nice. Quick service too and consistent food quality.
Staff is usually professional. Only chief complaint is the past 3 sundays in a row they dont open until 11am. Made the mistake... of placing a mobile order at 10:10, and had to wait until 11 to return to puck up items. Was told by staff the order wasnt evenin the system. Was charged none the less, and had to reorder. Not reimbursed. Recommend waiting until inside the store to orderwith the app, only way to enjoy the app exclusives. Also, Recommend changing store hours as to not upset customers. Not a badlocation, just mismanaged in some areas. Read more
I was there this past Sunday with my 10 and 11 year old kids. I was wearing a mask but they forgot theirs in our car. We were... almost done ordering to eat outside until Mr Juan here asked me to tell my kids to get out for not wearing masks. I?m giving a 5star review because I wanna point out how nice, courteous and decent this man talked to us. He really knows his stuff when itcomes to treating customers. As a matter of fact, he was so nice that he made us feel guilty to spend an extra second in thestore and left without eating. I actually also witnessed him asking another young man that was covering his face with his tshirt to leave the store with the same amount of professionalism. When you feel comfortable and happy in some places as such as restaurants or fast food or any places that they provide your need... you always love to go there . I would like to say thank you to Mrs . This is the most convenient TB to me so I go a lot (definitely more than I should, especially after drinks) It's always fast,... just try and come when not busy. A few times they miss things if they're busy- like will charge me for a steak upgrade but stillgive me seasoned beef. Or I'll ask for a large soda and be charged/given a small. I get it they're busy and not their fault. Ijust try and go when they're not so busy. Also, love that I always automatically get the student discount when I go because it'sright next to the campus.
