I'm executive pastry chef, today we tried the Room Sushi bar with my family and The sushi was so delicious ????
We ordered the salmon collar, the deluxe sashimi plate, a specialty roll, and uni. The salmon collar was delicious. Fatty in the... best way and great with steamed rice.
