After waiting 45 minutes as good came out faster than they took orders, they ran out of burgers and everything except chicken... tenders and thin fries. Food sat getting cold on the counter while the workers fumbled around. Clearly understaffed and quiteobviously the people hate their job. Try paying enough to have enough staff and to have staff who care. Read more
I tried Umami burger when I was waiting in LAX Airport. The staff was patient and friendly even when customers were very... indecisive. There was an unusually long queue. The waiting time for the food was Lil longer but that's understandableconsidering the volume of people that were being served. I tried their truffle burger with extra patty and bacon.I have toadmit that the burger tasted very good. The burger bread had an amazing crisp to it.They had toasted it to perfection withoutburning it.
