Good donuts But service is not the best.
The moment you walk into this location, you can already tell how dirty they are. The floors and counters were dusty and dirty... and it was so early in the morning. The workers don't have any customer service knowledge, they dont smile whatsoever . I'msorry but they need to hire people who want to work and love people. Read more
I'm only giving this place a 1 star rating because there's nothing less than that. The lady that works there is a Spanish... speaker i clearly spoke to her in fluent Spanish and she still did not understand me. I understand people make mistakes but whenyou're allergic to certain things it makes you furious. In my case I'm allergic to blueberries I asked for 2 raisin muffins andas i was driving I took a bite of it and realized that i had got my order incorrect. The donuts are cold and hard NOT EVEN FRESHnow i am hoping and praying that i do not get sick because i will come after this place. ???? The staff always very rood and uncooperative. I had asked her what was inside each of the crossants. She told me 2 very with... meat and 1 was vegi -with the detail of what's in each one. I opt3d for the verify and a coffee, paid and left. She seemed verybored and not even wanting to be there let alone serve anyone. Not sure if worker or owner, either way She really was notseemingly someone who cared to be in customer service. When I stepped into my car, opened bag, got a meat croissant so wentinside and asked her please exchange it since she made a mistake. She simply didn't do anything and instead started arguing- "noI didn't " I asked her if ahead could change it anyways or give me money back. And without any explanation or reason she simplykept on saying "no" to all. I was so frustrated, I just earned out but gave it to a guy who seemed to be hungry!! But wow lousycustomer service. At that point she could have kept her service up, earned some tip for being nice about it Eben though it washer mistake AND could have still warned good karma by giving to the Hungry guy (or simply put it back!!)
