Nice, easy drive up highway 17 to get here. Beautiful grounds. Very nice tasting room and main house with sun room. Lots of... outdoor seating under umbrellas. They have a cool redwood grove for small weddings and other social gatherings about 4 minuteswalk from the tasting room. They focus on Pinot and Chardonnay. They grow those grapes to make wine. In fact they told us theysell Chardonnay grapes to most of the wineries in the area. They purchase another varietals, for instance cabs. I reallyenjoyed the 2018 Estate Cuvée Chardonnay which was oak barrel fermented. It features perfectly ripe apple and pear-tartflavors. An earthy toasted taste. Bottle $33 The 2018 Lago Lomita Pinot Noir was also nice. Not sure if these are their grapes.Its dark and rich, lots of spice and intense boysenberry aroma and black-raspberry flavors. A wonderful place to sip wine in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The views are unparalleled and the patio is amazing. They also... recently opened up a redwood grove in the lower part of the vineyard that is perfect for private events. The rolling hillscovered in endless vines is gorgeous. I had no idea there were wineries near redwoods trees?? My friends and I did a weekend wine tasting here. Pretty cool that their... wines are all procured from local grapes in the Santa Cruz region. My favorite was the 2018 Backwords Block Chardonnay. It waslight with hints of lime. I absolutely loved walking around and lounging... just sipping on some vino and snacking on salami.The ambiance was very refreshing and I'll definitely recommend this winery to any friends that visit this area :) Read more

We found out about this unique and cute winery from another wine tasting event at Testarossa winery. We are so happy that we... found this place. It?s beautiful and so cute! Wine is good. Costumer service is outstanding. We will be back. I think mostwineries use to wave your tasting if you buy bottled wine from them but not anymore in this location. Read more
