Closed drive thru, online order and lobby? Should just replace this spot with a new coffee shop because it?s either poorly... managed, or they just keep hiring people who do not care. I just visited this Starbucks store and ordered my usual Grande skinny caramel macchiato with an extra drizzle of caramel. I... order this everyday. It is 5.25. They were charging me .80 extra for sugar free vanilla and .60 for the extra caramel drizzle.They said that was the new price as of today. I called back to speak to a manager and got the same kid that was at the drive-upwindow. He told me that was the new price from corporate. I called 2 more Starbucks store in SLO and Arroyo Grande and was toldit was still 5.25, that all they were doing was substituting non fat milk for 2% and sugar free vanilla for reg vanilla.
