Order was wrong and we already left. Ordered a ranch salad and it has some sort of dark meat...maybe roast beef. It's NOT what... we ordered. Also forgot my bottle of ranch. They wernt busy. No excuse. Read more
Wow, the food was (amazing) as always. When it comes down to customer service, which is always great, there was a young... multicultural young man, and his service was (exemplary), and the politeness, of this young man was way over and above. Let mestate something, if I had a business, I would have offered him a job immediately, and for that matter, I would employ any ofthese hard working, smiling and dedicated employees. I love Dion?s, however tonight?s experience was disappointing. I ordered online and arrived 20 minutes later than the time they... said the order would be ready. My salad was ready however I waited another 25-30 minutes for a slice of cheese. I understand theservice industry is struggling to find help and I am patient but getting my food an hour after ordering online when it stated itwould be ready in 15 minutes is a little ridiculous.
