Been coming here for the past 22 years. Zero issues until now. Just a quick thought. If you order an hour in advance online and... you still have to wait behind 7 customers just to get that sandwich made, then what's the point in ordering online. I orderonline simply because most of the time I don't have the time to wait. This makes the 2nd subway locally to not have their acttogether. Read more
I would have give. One star but the boy working tonight, Kyle, we fantastic. With that being said, he is a high school working... his third day ON HIS OWN. Ever time I visit here there is someone new who has been there a week! The sandwiches suffer from thisand it is NOT the workers faults. I do not like knowing these are under paid overworked TEEN AGERS. Have respect for yourworkers and maybe your store would be better! Have two workers at all times, especially on a Saturday night when it's going tobe busy (which is plus three other families were in there waiting.). Uggh. Read more
