Food was bad. The mapo tofu had peas and mushrooms-- that's not right.
My boyfriend and I are always happy with anything we get from Chef King. My favorite is the Mongolian beef and his is the sesame... tofu. He especially loves their dumplings though, and insists no else makes them as good. I highly recommend anything at ChefKing, definitely our favorite place! Keep in mind, any food with more carmel like sauces (such as sesame or sweet and sour)will thicken/harden a bit the longer they sit and can become chewier. This doesn't bother me, but if that bothers you make sureto eat the food hot and fresh then! In addition, it's not uncommon for frozen chicken to still have a slight pink tinge on theinside even though it's still fully cooked (age of the chicken and their feed can also affect this). So don't assume a chickendish isn't fully cooked just because there is a slight pinkness to the inside, that can be perfectly normal. =) Read more
First I ordered the crispy duck and as a cook to a cook that was not crispy duck the bones were so burned from frying. The only... good thing that was awesome was the fried rice. I ordered 3 lunches yesterday. I was disappointed. We all had something different and none of us were happy. The chicken in... the sweet and sour chicken was tough. Vegetables were raw. In the other two meals they said it just didn't have a good flavor. Maybe different cooks. I don't know but won't be going back. Read more

I ordered the chicken pan fried noodles (with fried rice), wonton soup, and an egg roll. It came out to $25 and overall, it was... decent. The pan fried noodle dish was quite good. However, the accompanying fried rice (which was included) wasn't veryflavorful and only had small amounts of egg. The wonton soup was fine, nothing special. And the "egg roll" was more of a springroll than an egg roll, if not a spring roll by definition. The food is probably enough for 3ish servings. Read more
