Ordered a French dip sub and large coke. They tell me at speaker they're out of sub buns and au just, so I order a roast beef... sandwich. I get to the window and they tell me they're out of Coke. Overall this Arby?s was fine. The food was good and the staff were nice. However it was a bit dirty, they had their sauce... pumps full but no sauce cups, and we did have to go back to the counter to ask for a part of the order that was missing. I go here frequently and today the service was rude. the lady that took my card was friendly but after i paid for my food the... man came to the window and shoved my drink in my hand and toss my bag at me and told me you welcome like i purchased somethingfrom him. it was a horrible experience. Made me give this place a 2nd thought about coming back. I only do 3 restaurant inthis area mostly because i have to take an early lunch due to me working an early shift. it may be a while before i return tothis one. i did not get to ask for my receipt because he shut the window in my face.
