I was disappointed this trip with my food here. The chicken with cashews was bland and tasteless. I was hoping for a flavorful... meal, and it did not hit the mark. The sweet and sour soup was not great, and the shrimp fried rice was fine, but not what wehoped for. Still trying to find good Asian food in Louisville. Read more
I ordered the Wok Seared Salmon with vegetables for lunch, and it didn't disappoint. It had a nice crust without being crunchy... or overdone, and it was well seasoned. The vegetables were tender but not mushy, and the sauce gave them a nice flavor. Contraryto the name, I didn't think the tomatoes were spicy, but they tasted good, so no complaints. We tried August Moon for the first time and thought it was just "okay." The food was fresh and seemed healthier than most... Chinese fast food but, for the price, I'd much prefer P.F. Chang's. Compared to them, the prices are very similar but thequality isn't. I wouldn't go back here but others may enjoy it. The dining room is nice and modern with a small bar and greatselection of wines. Staff was really friendly and the service was fast. For a Thursday evening at 7:30pm, they were nearlyempty. Two entrées cost us $36 before gratuity and they came in the traditional Chinese to-go boxes. I expected more for theprice. Read more
