I had a very pleasant experience at the beef O'Brady's in Central station Louisville kentucky. Charlotte AKA Charlie was my... server and she was outstanding. Where do I even start? The affordable prices? The friendly staff? The outstanding food? My experience at Beef o Brady?s was one... of the best dining experiences I have ever experienced. The staff was welcoming and sat me down quickly. The food was servedfast and it was hot and fresh. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection. At one point I had a mental break down inthe bathroom, but a lovely kind worker named Roger saw me and made sure I was ok. I will definitely be returning and highlyrecommend anyone to try it out. Worst restaurant experience ever. DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!? Ordered online. Food was to be ready @ 2:30. Waited over 40... minutes and still not ready. Could wait no longer. Food was over $43. Called next day to get refund. Said they put back on cardbut they did not. It has been close to a month. Still no refund. Called corporate office to no avail.
