I would give less than 3 stars, but all of my experiences when I dine in at this location have been pretty good. Dining in, the... servers have always been super kind. The food has also been good and without issue every time. The problem is every single timeI order carry out from this location there is something wrong. They serve me basically dry wings, if I order a large fry theygive me a small, they leave side sauces out or forget veggies. It doesn't matter, there is always something wrong. The qualityof it isn't great either. I live less than 10 minutes away and typically get stuck waiting on my food, so I know that's not theissue. Totally tired of spending $50 plus to get subpar food or not get everything I paid for. Most of the time if you take thebag back in saying something is wrong you are met with an attitude regardless of how kind you are to the person you're talkingto. Every time I go there they take entirely too long to even greet the people standing at takeout, then take forever getting the... food. I understand if the food isn't ready (even though it is usually well past when it said it would be) but they nevercommunicate this to the customers. Nine of us ate there at 3pm when we were about the only ones in the place. It took quite a while to get our food. Overall,... everything tasted good. I had the brisket sandwich. While it was good, the quantity of meat on it was rather skimpy. One mealcame out completely wrong. By the time the order was corrected, we had to go. So, they had to get their meal as a take out. Waitress was horrible. She acted like she was in a fog. No smile. Didn't talk much. Messed up our order. Didn't give us any... straws. My husband had to go ask someone for some straws. Brought my husband the wrong order. I had to ask twice for a to gobox. The dining room was closed off shortly after we sat down. My husband had received bad news from the doctor.
