Dining room closed. Sign on the door says only 3 employees. I still don't eat inside with careless selfish people who can't be... trusted, so makes no never mind to me but... Drive thru menu board is broken. Speaker box apparently not working eitherbecause I was shouting and they still couldn't hear me. Whole area around the drive thru looks dirty and broken anyway. What'sgoing on inside? I left. I hear they now plan to develop and market a higher priced "fast casual" type of meal. Might want toconsider cleaning up the dump you have before embarking on something new. Read more

I love to see young people working. However, the young man that was in drive thru the evening of 9/18/2022 was not customer... friendly At All. He actually appeared more rude than not. He came to the mic and told me I could place my order. I told himwhat I wanted, he said "What else?". I told him that was all. He said "Pull to the window". He never greeted me at the drivethru speaker, nor when I got to the window to pay & get my food. I even spoke to him once I got to the window, but he turned andwalked away. His name was Quan. Ordered a double Whopper and paid for a double Whopper and got a single... Not thrilled **edit: I am changing my review on this... restaurant not because of an overall company satisfaction standpoint but because during their lunch rush they had three peopletoday and they had a guy named Elijah that was working the window and I heard multiple people yelling at him for how long it'staking getting upset with him and wanting to sit inside the restaurant and speak to a manager even though the lobby was closed.And not once was he rude did he lose his temper or did he act in any way that was unprofessional they are lucky to have somebodylike him working for them and I hope that they pay him what he is worth Read more
