The fish dinner at Captain D's was great, the problem was the drive thru, I pulled in at 3:58 pm, there were 4 cars in front of... me so I'm thinking this won't take to long, 40 minutes I'm ordering m our food, I'm not going to bad mouth the employees, theyare doing the best they can with the help they have. This place was okay maybe I'll try to find a different Captain D's next time the one on Dixie that I went to I had to go back... and get my 6 hush puppies and the cashier was like oh you forgot your hush puppies and I'm like no you forgot to put them in thebag LOL and my fries were cold and my coleslaw was warm LOL Read more
Went to the one on Dixie Hwy. and ordered the family pack, when I arrived home I noticed they only gave me 2 small tarter sauce... (for 10 pieces of fish) I was so upset because they usually give you 2 of the cup size. I don't understand why they just don'tgive you 1 big size of tarter sauce like in the slaw container and if the customer wants more give it to them (without anattitude) in the small container, now isn't that simple. This particular restaurant is a good place to eat at regularly. The quality is consistently good and so is the service. They... haven't charged me for condiments, but I often have to ask for extra in the drive through. Read more
