What an absolute Surprise! I went in here not expecting too much to be honest but it turned out to be a fun and tasty... experience. The décor throughout had a funky 70-80's feel to it but certainly maintained and reasonably clean compared to someother establishments. From the moment you walk in you are given a choice - Right for the mini-market with all the standard stockof any good Asian grocery or LEFT for the restaurant/bar. We chose to sit in the bar area instead of the main service room andquickly picked through the extensive menu for a tasty lunch. As others have mentioned, there are Indian, Chinese, Nepalese andThai options - WoW! The lunch and dinner combo's are a bargain at $7.49 including a reasonable portion of rice and a crispyegg-roll. I went for a medium spiced lamb curry and DANG - it was MAGNIFICENT! Probably one of the best I've ever had!Cardamom, clove, cilantro...nice soft chunks of lamb - Amazing! We also grabbed a Samosa starter which was packed with flavorand had a tasty homemade chutney. Overall - we loved the food, the price is great and the location and funky style tied it alltogether. Great place for a relaxing, informal lunch or dinner...a SCOTCH and a have a round or two on the digital slots whilewaiting for your food! Looking forward to going back and trying the Pad Thai! the server cares about only new people who will give him tips. Soon as i got there he told us in door we had to wait 45 min... because he was serving an American who will offer him tips. they focus on tips then their regular customer. if there was a zerostar i would give that. Terrible service and the employee looks like he hates his job he don’t want people he told people 45min wait when there was barely 4. Don’t waste your time in this restaurant. Read more
