I usually don?t do drive throughs, but Chic-fil-A has it down to a science. Easy in and easy out, I wish others were as good.... And the food is delicious. Read more
Never in my life have I been so disappointed in any place of work or dining. I walk into this establishment expecting good... service and food and was utterly disappointed. As soon as I walk in the first thing I hear is yelling. Not between costumers,but staff. Managers screaming and yelling at teenage workers who can barely get by, seemingly overwhelmed. There seemed to besome sort of rush, some costumers watched in as the counter team members got reprimanded one after the other and othersignored. I still cannot get over the unprofessional discipline this manager was giving his staff. Something seemed to have gonewrong in the kitchen and the manager completely exploded. I will not be dining here again until they higher staff learn how tohave a professional environment. Read more
