One of my favorite places to watch a movie. My personal preference on a theater is it HAS to have comfortable seats. If not I... can't stay. It had friendly service and great seating. Read more
There was some little gnats flying around in our theater. And the seats don't go back as far as I would like to be comfortable.... But all in all it's a nice place. Prices are consistent with other movie theaters Read more
Currently, this location (and likely more Cinemark locations) aren?t offering free refills on popcorn (and if I recall, soda as... well). They claim this is due to supply chain issues. However, I don?t know of any other theaters here in the Louisville areathat aren?t allowing free refills. It truly is a drawback on my moviegoing experience. Other than that, this location is veryclean compared to other theaters and I appreciate that. Read more
I always come here to watch movie, but today there?s a cashier guy wearing eyeglasses splash a drink on my shirt and he didn?t... even say sorry even the other cashier saw it. Good theater place but unprofessional service. Read more

Went to watch Top Gun last night and the quality was not good. We checked the window of the projection room and shockingly saw... that it is covered with so much dust. Took a couple of pictures to show the staff and asked them to wipe it. After 10 to 15 minssomeone came to that room and more shocking!!!! Did not wipe the glass and left. We watched the movie all blurry. I dont like toshare bad reviews for places I like, but unfortunately sometimes management?s ignoring the issue makes me. You can see it in thepictures how bad it was.
