This Dairy Queen always has the worst customer service. Their employees are always rude and unhelpful. I went there last night... and ordered two meals and a drink separate and when I got to the window they only gave me one drink. They then shut the windowwithout saying anything so I stayed at the window so I could tell them and two employees just looked out of the window andignored me. When they finally opened the window I told them I was missing a drink and she pointed at the one drink in the carand said no it?s right there. I then told her that I was supposed to get two drinks and she checked the receipt and saw that wehad two. She then brought out a small drink when on the receipt it said medium. I said that we ordered a medium and she saidthey?re out of medium cups (they didn?t tell me this when I was ordering) so I asked if I could get a large since I payed for abigger drink and she said no and when I eventually said I would take a small drink she gave me the large and had an attitude.They?ve had horrible customer service even since they were at the old location and can?t fix mistakes that they?ve made withoutgetting an attitude even though they messed up the order. This place is a joke. Store was clearly open and serving people but locked the door as I was walking up to it at 10:20pm.. not... even close to the posted 11pm close time. This door also coincidentally had a large sign stating to come in dining room isopen! Embarrassing customer service with lazy employees. Do better Read more
Both me and my roommate?s food was missing the toast. Packaging was poor. Workers lacked customer service skills. They seemed... rude. Prices are expensive and you don?t even get what you paid for. Won?t be back. Read more
They recently moved to their new location and it's a huge improvement in my opinion. The new store is really nice, and it seems... like there are more people working there. I've been a few times for ice cream and it's been good. Read more
