I ordered a sheet ice cream cake online to be picked up Friday for my daughter?s birthday. I had a confirmation email. When I... got to the store to pick up, employees could not find my order. They offered no remorse, no solution and were in fact very rude.The cashier actually mocked me to the manager. When the manager came out, the first thing she said was it wasn?t her problemand, again, was extremely rude. This particular store was dirty and smelled terrible. This place is seriously hit or miss. Very difficult to get good service on the weekends. Let me emphasize that it's usually the... second shift crew!!! I've never had much of an issue during the week. It's a shame because of the location this is in. You wouldhope with all the customers it gets it would be better than what it is.
