On Friday 10/7 at 2pm I called to place an order at this location, I had an appointment 5min from store so it was very... convenient.A women answered the phone, I think her name was Jennifer but I'm not sure. I said to her I would like to place acarry out order, I said I want one of those 7.99 3 topping pizzas.Her reply to me was oh..we dont have anything like thatanymore??? I said realy,its like all over the t.v. and internet.She stated to me that they haven't had that for awhile, I saidreally then she said the Cheapest 3 topping pizza is 12.99.I was only buying it for myself, which I told her that and I dontknow if I want to spend that much maybe I'll call you back she said ok. Not Onceeee in our conversation did she say to me, youhave to order it online to get that price.My question here to her Store manager I think his name is Jacob,is why she didn't tellme that??? So she tells me we dont have that anymore, so I go two blocks down to East China,and Buy 17.00 worth of Chinese foodwhile I was paying for it I looked up Domino's web site because I new they had this promotion going on I mean it was reallybothering me. And low and behold there it was.... But it said you have to order on line...So why didn't she just tell methat?because I would have.Do the Managers of Domino's Tell their Employees, DO NOT TELL CUSTOMERS IF THEY CALL ON PHONE thatthey have to order this on line to get that price???? And in this Market, Why would any business do that???? So either thisDomino's Makes Soooo much Money,that they dont need my business,or the Employee just didn't want to make it....The lunch Rushwas already over?? 2pm ?Are they understaffed, that's seems to be everyone's excuse now. Only had 2 orders so far from this location, both wrong. 1 was because of the call center not the actual store and the store was... great about making it right, the 2nd was i asked for boneless and got bone in wings. It was all good but maybe getting betterphones to hear clearly. Read more

I have been doing pick ups here for the last couple weeks and the staff and food has been great. It seems like they are short... help inside and with drivers, but they still get it done quick and well. The only bad thing is that my online only promo codewouldn't work, but that is corporate's fault, not the store's fault. Read more

Sorry for the bad review but the Supreme I ordered wasn't good. Lacked toppings and had burnt spots. Just didn't taste good!

the worst pizza place i?ve ever been to in my life. i walked in to the store to place an order and there were 2 people in there.... it took them 5 minutes to even come to the counter and take my order, and in those 5 minutes, i witnessed one of the managers(she said her name was Hailee/Haley/Hailey) drop a brownie/cake on the nasty counter, that looked like it hadn?t been cleaned inDAYS, and pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in the box. i should have just left then and there, but i orderedanyways. the guy who took my order (long neon green hair, i didnt get his name) said it would be ready in 20 minutes and thatthey would bring it out to our car. i sat in my car for 45 minutes before i walked back into the store, only to find a crowd ofabout 6 other angry customers. turns out, 2 moms had been waiting over an hour and a half for their food, while the managerHailey was out in the back for 30 MINUTES on a phone call leaving the store completely unattended. there was not a single pizzain the oven, being made on the counter, nothing! but the screen was FLOODED with orders. we asked Hailey for the phone number ofthe general manager and she refused to give it to us, or call him herself. she wouldn?t even tell us the next time he would bein the store so we could come back in person. after me and the 2 moms argued for about 5 minutes (they were arguing for probablyat least 10 minutes before i walked in), i decided to just get a refund because it would have taken another hour to get my 2medium pizzas. i was told that i would get a refund, but have yet to receive it. if the owner or general manager of thislocation sees this review, please respond because i would love to have a phone call with you about the atrocity that is yourstore.
