Trying to order from this Domino?s location is a joke. This location needs help BAD in every category or maybe just needs to be... closed down. When Only having one driver it is hard to deliver satisfactory customer service. Pizza cold and a hour an half waitis not acceptable. Manager apparently on night shift isn?t qualified to be a manager. When customers call we expect to get ourorder took and any answer to any of our questions. Should be answered. Not hung up on. Our online ordering process was super easy, and the delivery driver was great! However, we watched the progress of our order and... it was in ?quality check? for about an hour. It was close to 2 1/2 hours between placing our order and having it delivered. Andon top of that, it was the wrong order! We took what we got because we were hungry. I?ve had issues with this location beforeand wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately it?s the only Domino?s that delivers in our area. We?ll probably chooseanother pizza joint next time? The employees at this place has are so disrespectful to customers. I have been a good customer for a long time but after tonight... i will never order another pizza from any dominos ever again. They are always two hours late and very disrespectful. I wasdisconnected 3 times when asking to speak to the manager for being lied too over my order. This whole thing was senseless andprovoked a terrible experience for me. After trying to put in a complaint they then accused me of backing into a delivery carparked next to the building. Even tho there was not one tiny mark the whole store practically turned on me over this wholedisturbing incident. I never hit any car but this has been the third time my order was Over 2 hours late. This whole thing couldhave been avoided if the manager had tried to handle it properly, i called three times and the girl Tabitha who answered wasvery rude and when i asked to speak to the manager she would hang up, after three times i went to the store in person and thatswhen everyone was against me. I worked at plenty of pizza places made thousands of pizzas! I had to wear gloves when I handled food. I'm from Chicago myself.... But this pizza place the big guy was not wearing gloves like he should handling food that's nasty. Then the young deliverydriver drops the pizza and picks it back up and leaves. Very unprofessional. The papa johns app was down I am an introvert so downloaded and used the domino app. It took 3 times longer to get my pizza than... was estimated, when it arrived everything was room temperature at best crust was already stale. The most disappointingdisgusting greesy pizza I've ever actually paid money for.spent 20 minutes on hold nobody would answer the phone for me, i guessthey already had my money so to hell with me. I?ve ordered from them before with no issues but usually it?s just pizza. Today I felt like ordering wings and got this! $7.99... for an 8 piece chicken. You gotta be joking literally 3 of these are smaller than a quarter and the rest are dried out and looklike they have been sitting all day. Update: I drove down there and they remade my order. Terrible service. Waited over 3 hours for my delivery order. It got to the point where I had to go up to the store and they... still haven?t made the order and sitting around doing nothing. Manger was rude as well. Do not recommend . Very Unprofessional. Read more
