We arrived at Dunkin on our last day of a nice trip to KY. Unfortunately it left a pretty bad taste in our mouth (pardon the... pun). Like many quick service restaurants the lobby was closed to customers. The highly profitable drive through remainedopen however. Maybe 4-5 cars were in the drive through. Upon reaching the speaker we were informed that it would be a "longwait" as there were only two people working. Ironically it only took a few minutes to reach the window. Once we reached thewindow is when the problems began. We had 12 people in the van so as you can imagine the order was large and varied. As thefood was passed to us we began distributing it to everyone. We soon realized we were short two donuts. They provided one withonly a little attitude, but when we explained that we were still missing a donut they escalated to being very rude. It endedwith the woman who was working cursing us (f word) and screaming at us to not come back. She had also explained her aggravationwas stemming from us backing up the drive through. It was upsetting because we were simply trying to make sure everyone hadwhat they wanted to eat. Whether we ordered incorrectly or if they had filled the order incorrectly was secondary to theextremely nasty attitude from the employee. I have tried to call the owners of the store and until I hear from them I would notrecommend. Read more
Worst experience ever from Duncan. Not only did they only have cinnamon and raisin bagels to use for my sandwich, which for one... is nasty when used on egg and bacon, I also don't like raisins. The bagel was so hard I couldn't hardly bite it. I wanted aregular creme filled donut and they gave me Boston cream donut, which is an awful lot like custard. Went at 10:45 am, so wasstill considered breakfast hours. Read more

Never in 30+ years of being a Dunkin's customer have I ever been told that a "regular" coffee is black but with this "make it... simpler for the customers" routine maybe so. Even then, my coffee tasted like the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and nevermind that I asked for 6 sugars and didn't even taste like there was any in it. I'll keep going to my local drive thru instead ofthis store, as my drive thru always gets my coffee perfect. Read more

The best customer service I've ever received from anywhere is this dunkin donuts. I can't say this enough, and I can't tell... enough people how amazing the staff here is. I go here every morning/afternoon through the week while I'm at work and thecustomer service given to me has been nothing but perfect. I've only been through the drive through but the way these ladieswork I'm sure it's clean. Drive thru is always fast and easy to order. The worker always repeats the order back to me and myfood is always great. The only down fall I can think of is the hashbrowns are soft. I like crunchy hashbrowns, some may likethem soggy but I think it's the grease because it also has a odd taste. The coffee is great. I've finally bought dunkin donutground coffee for my the weekends when I'm not near this dunkin donuts. Also they offer breakfast all day. Read more
