This was our first experience at EK, but won’t be our last. We were past any dinner rush during a weeknight so we were one of... 3 tables. Maddie was an excellent server and interpreter of the menu. A number of GF and vegan options are available.Deliciousness abounded with kudos to the chef, even though he walked right by our table without speaking after our sendingspecial accolades to the kitchen. With our table the only one with food at that moment and having made many inquiries aboutpreparation a simple “hope you enjoyed your meal” would have been nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here! Our party of 6 tried many of the menu items and all were very well executed and tasty.... Portion sizes were good for the price. Friendly staff and great atmosphere in an industrial setting. The corn chowder was afavorite, as was the cornbread. Even the salad had some unexpected extras. Creative drinks. Highly recommended. Simply amazing! Food, service and atmosphere are all five star. We enjoyed the burger, “roasted beast” which changes daily... (lamb shank for us), potato perogies, and pastrami stuffed cabbage. All were excellent. I love burgers and this was one of thebest I’ve ever had anywhere! Ashley was our server and she was great. So attentive and helpful. Food was excellent! Service was bad. All the food was fresh and honest - great flavors from charring and small tweaks that... make their dishes unique. The corn bread was incredible! Service was not good. We ordered a lot of food early and wanted tocontinue ordering (we had a table of 5 foodies). Our server ghosted us halfway through the meal.
