This place was great. You can order a 'predetermined' bowl or build your own. My husband and I like to go with the... tried-and-true, so we both ordered from the 'predetermined' menu. I got an asparagus chicken bowl that also came with cilantrorice and mushrooms, plus shaved carrots and almonds. I don't even like mushrooms, but these were delicious! They were seasonedso well, and the texture wasn't slimy. There was also some great lemony vinaigrette to pour over it. Very yummy. My husband isa less adventuresome eater. He got the taco-style bowl and he actually mostly liked it - aside from the vegetables! :D Therestaurant is open, airy, and clean. Nice atmosphere, easy to order, helpful, and friendly service. I ordered the roasted root bowl and added chicken; it was... delicious. I definitely come back and try other items on the menu. My partner, who was hesitant on going to a healthyrestaurant, ordered the brussel bacon Mac bowl, and as you can see, he finished it and enjoyed it! Read more
BEST SALADS EVER! Everything is so fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Super fast service too.... Cannot think of a better place to get lunch! I'm visiting downtown Louisville and wanted some real breakfast food. Not pastries or powdered eggs. I want real eggs, fresh... fruit... Just real food. So I went hunting for some. I struck out on a few places and walked past this place named InSeason. It was morning and the door was unlocked. But when I walked in I could see they were prepping for the day and Irealized that they were closed. But Daniel, the owner, (super nice guy by the way) was like, "No problem, what do youwant?" They have yellow watermelon and are making me an omelet. Hells yes, real food! There aren't many restaurants like thismaking real food from real product. I have mad respect for what they're doing.
