Rather than get the order correct, they were quick to rush me out. I spent over 50 and the entire order was wrong. They... substituted the cookie flavors I ordered for cookies that had some similar flavors like, I ordered the Reese cup and got peanutbutter chip. Not the same cookie. Also I paid for a pint of ice cream and when I opened the container? there was 3 scoops, smallat that. So the 2 kids that were supposed to be able to split and put on top of one of the cookies the picked? weren?t able todo that. We like in PRP, so I had to spend more money at the gas station to get ice cream for it. One kiddo picked a cookiebutter? there was all cup and a scoop of vanilla with the chocolate cream? that?s it? I spend 8 bucks for a spoonful of icecream. And when I called up there? no one answered. Just disappointed with the entire experience. Just pick up some Grandmacookies from the store and get your own ice cream from the store as well. Warm that cookie up and save yourself about $40 onthis place. Read more
Money theft. Prepared order, but never delivered, but said order was complete, store closed early, never notified of closure or... cancelation. Be careful when putting in an order here, as they will steal your money. Thank you. UPDATE: I was called by astore manager at around 9 PM last night (8/17/22) to talk about my concerns. She said the store had closed early (way after thefact) and that they will schedule for delivery the next day (today) at 12:15 PM (8/18/22) It is currently 8:09 PM and still nodelivery. The store has apparently closed early, yet again, and alas. no call from the store letting me know of this or mydelivery. I have concluded that Insomnia Cookies (specifically on 4th Street Louisville, Kentucky) are taking peoples moneypurposefully, scamming, and should be investigated for criminal activity. Read more
I would have given them a 0 if I could've. I ordered my things online at 9:45. Lady called to confirm my order due to them being... out of chocolate ice cream at 9:55. Got a text delivery was on the way about 10 minutes later. Waited 40 minutes and I live 8minutes away. Called the store girl said driver just left, the text was wrong. Waited another 25 minutes got a text saying itwas delivered. No cookies or ice cream anywhere around my apartment. So, I called the store back girl was rude and clueless,she said we don't have a way to contact the drivers and it may be at another building or apartment ????. Look Just refund mymoney at this point! Cookies were.good, store associate was rude as all hell. The delivery driver did not follow my directions. They left my box... outside my four plex building. They didnt even bring it into the building and up to my apartment door. When i called the storeto complain, the supervisor told me it wasnt his problem that it was a door dash problem, i then asked for his managers name,and when they would be there and got hung up on! ****edit**** after this review the manager called me and apologize, and gave mea gift card to use on my next purchase, the next purchase was a much more enjoyable experience, and the box was handed directlyto me and it came in a timely manner, so i would now add another star.
