We ordered the pizza online. An email confirmation was sent for pick-up as requested. We received an email when the pizza was... ready. When we got there the store was really clean and the staff were pleasant. The food was hot and fresh. My only issuewas they went really heavy on the sauce. It was still delicious however. Read more
I'm usually pretty generous with my reviews, but if I could give this place zero stars; I would!!!! I went there last night... after placing an order online. Waited roughly an hour, after watching multiple people get their food before me. I asked about myorder twice and was completely dismissed by the front desk lady; even though I told her I received an email saying my food wasready. She kept saying it was in the online order station....but it wasn't and I kept telling her this. I was finally able tospeak with another worker who was able to locate my order in the back.....where it had just been sitting there. At this pointI'm furious, but I have kids at home that need to eat and it's nearly 8pm. On my way home the wings container opens up (becausethe lid isn't placed on right) and spills all over my car!!! I call the establishment and tell them about the situation andrequest a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund unless I bring the food back up there. I explain to the man that I'dalready thrown away the wings and how my passenger seat was now smothered in garlic and parmesan. Their customer service is downright HORRIBLE!! They weren't even busy when I got there and my kids still had to eat cold pizza. I don't expect perfection andI'm a pretty patient and easy going person....but this was enough to make me NEVER want to go to another Ceasers again. I'd muchrather pay more and get Papa John's or Pizza Hut. At least with them I don't have to worry about parmesan and garlic all over mycar. **editing to add that this wasn't even a custom order. Wasn't efficient the first time I went. Some people were there for over an hour waiting on pizza. It even took a while to cancel... orders. They got the order right anyways. The second time I went it was efficient and fast and good communication with theworkers Read more
I think I may be changing the store I go to I went to order and a lady came in behind me as she already previously ordered and... she showed the lady handing out pizzas that there was mold in her premade cheese cup that's freaking gross then the lady saidthat their cheese cups sit out and not refrigerated and that they sit out for two days that's plenty of time for mold to concurespecially on cheese mold can start to develop in 2-4hrs like that's nasty!!! Going to be extremely careful with this place mostlikely my last time coming to this store absolutely discussing will be talking to a manager about this ! Only reason for a 2star is cause my pizza was hot and fresh out of oven but not again from this location. Read more

Bought a medium pizza for my kids, half cheese and half pepperoni. Unfortunately I trusted them and did not check the box when... they handed it to me. When I got home, my kids said "mommy, it looks like someone ate this pizza". I looked at it and indeed itappeared that way. The pizza slices appeared to have come from several different pizzas as they had different shapes and sizes.My kids couldn't even eat the pizza and I couldn't let them eat it.
