No matter what time it day that we visit this store, the dining room is never open. When we were here in October, someone?s kids... were running around in the dining room, yet the dining room was closed. Tonight the young lady working the drive thru was veryrude as I had to repeat my order 3 times. I ordered 3- 2 piece fish and fries, one water and one medium Mt. Dew. The ordertotaled $21.70. I asked for extra tartar sauce. She replied ?I will put some of everything in there for you. Upon checking, wegot hot sauce, vinegar, 3 tartar sauces and mustard. When I asked for 6 more tartar sauces, she practically threw them at ourcar. Upon leaving and getting to our destination, we only had 2 meals. Upon looking at the receipt, I saw that we were onlycharged for 2 meals. However, I asked the young lady to confirm my order at the window. She just repeated the total amount due.Worst experience EVER!! I am a 15 year veteran employee of Long John Silvers, starting at The bypass of EKU, North Broadway,Lexington, Ky. and most of the LJS?s in Louisville, Ky, but my main store was 34th and Broadway, under the leadership of GeorgeCain. This location used to be better, but has gone downhill. Occasionally they get it right, but more often than not there's issues.... Surly staff, long wait times even when it's not busy, drink machine not working right, dining area dirty when the inside isopen. We've been by multiple times when it's supposed to be open, and instead they have closed 3+ hours early. No note on thedoor or anything. This is the closest location to our house, but in the future we'll be making a longer trip to a different LJso we can avoid this one. Read more
Poor quality food with even poorer portion sizes. I ordered fish tacos and the batter on my fish was still soggy & I requested... green beans as my side 3 times at the drive thru yet I was still given fries which I would've returned if it hadn't already beentoo late. Also they skimped out on my order of popcorn shrimp. Instead of giving me a box full of popcorn shrimp they only gaveme 4 measly pieces. Definitely not worth close to the $20 I paid for so I most certainly won't be back. Read more
Whoever was at the window hates her job! She had the worst attitude! They didn't give me 2 sides or a drink either and I waited... 30mins in the drive thru bc they didn't have the doors open. Plus had to scream into the broken speaker. Poor car in front of meshe was so rude to thEM also Read more
