Most of my visits to this location have been thru the drive thru, and largely when the McDonald's on Ruckriegel is jacked up... (this morning, for example). Located so close to the Gene Snyder it's not even funny, this McDonald's is extremely easy to getto right off the expressway. You have to loop almost entirely around the building to get to the drive thru, but it keepstraffic off of the nearby streets. This location has split ordering speakers (standard at most McD's by now) and screens forreviewing your order. Being able to see your order allows you to correct any mistakes before you get to the pay window. Mostof my visits to this location have been thru the drive thru, and largely when the McDonald's on Ruckriegel is jacked up (thismorning, for example). I've found the speed of service through this drive thru to be fast. There's a level of 'hustle' by thisstaff the keeps the drive thru moving. I've never been more than 2 cars back from the speaker in any of my visits and mostoften after I place my order and move forward to the pay window I'm the very next car to pay. After paying it's on to the fooddelivery window and, again, I've never encountered a problem here. Fast and efficient, as always. NOTE: always check yourdrinks before you leave. There's nothing like expecting the deliciousness of a McDonald's Coke® and then driving down the roadonly to discovery they gave you something nasty like Cherry Coke®. Leaving the parking lot you're faced with three options. 1)Drive to the right and through a bank parking lot 2) Loop around and follow the arrows point to the left or 3) Drive straightahead next to the dumpster and turn right, even though there's a "no right turn" sign staring you in the face. (I do it every.single. time.) (That's me, the rebel behind the wheel.) First and last time I go there. The person taking the order at the drive thru and the person serving the order at 2nd window I... could not understand and they could not understand me, neither was polite, no thank you etc ... Was talked about in Spanish by the workers. They obviously thought as a white male I didn?t speak Spanish. I was only given... half of my order and was laughed at multiple times when I asked about my order.
