Took my son to get a happy meal...We ordered at the kiosk and was given a table number for our order to be brought out to us.... After 30 minutes, we finally got our order missing drink cups and my sons chicken nuggets. The lady said you can come up and getyour cups very rudely. Went up front to get the cups and has to wait 10 minutes. Then had to make another trip up to the frontbecause they gave my son a hamburger instead of nuggets. The lady was rude. Worst McDonalds. This location is going downhill to be honest. Used to be the better of the 2 McDonald?s locations in the area but it?s gotten... progressively worse over the past couple months. Missing items the last couple of times I went, food quality is going down andpoorer service. I only go because my children like happy meals but it?s just not worth it anymore Chik Fila across the streetwould probably be the better alternative until they drastically turn things around. Not a fan. I would rather go to valley Station. Everything is better there. And the play place is always blocked off it seems.
