Food was made wrong and the crispy chicken was burned and also double quarter cheese was burned as well and customer service was... very bad and rude and was cursed at and very poor management skills by a female manager on 3rd shift and the 2nd shift managerwas unprofessional and his name was Danny. I ordered on the app and got exactly what I ordered which was great!! The only draw back to this location is the seedy hotels... behind and around it, the people asking for money in the parking lot and pulling out if you want to make a left to go towardsthe interstate. Other than those exceptions I?ve been here multiple times and never had an issue with the food or service!! Read more
Easily the worst McDonald's in Louisville. You never know how long it's going to take, or if they'll have ice cream. The crowd... can be obnoxious and rough during the weekends especially. And the food might come out cold, depending on who's working. Superinconsistent and strange location. Read more
Nothing to complain about. Got my food fast, it was correct, and it was hot. They did have the men's bathroom locked up, though.
