Way overpriced for what it's worth. Our footlong sandwiches weren't even cut in half, not to mention some of the toppings we've... requested for our sandwiches online weren't even included. The only sandwich out of our order that had cheese and sauces was thePhilly cheesesteak, other than that the rest of our other sandwiches had no cheese & were completely dry. This experience was the worst the employee Hannah was so rude and nasty. She stated that they had Turkey Bacon and put regular... bacon on my sandwich. When I took it back she then stated they had Turkey and bacon. Any intelligence at all would tell youthose are two different things. Then I asked for a new sandwich she said said just take the bacon off or We will have to chargeyou for a new one. That is the worst customer service experience ive had in a long time. Just came from Penn station got two 9 in grilled Italian subs on white . i asked to please make sure my meet was crispy and full... coverage even before the veggies! I?m Not sure who the manager was but I awesome it was the awful cook who I asked did he knowthat?s how I would like it , he said ? you want both like that ? and presumed to only give me 2 pieces of cheese to not have toslice more cheese before closing , with me working at this Penn station before I can tell the difference between 2 and 3 slicesof cheese!
